About Gleb Morozov
Gleb is a general practitioner who has a special interest in business law, contracts, due diligence, and internal audits.
Gleb started practicing law as a corporate lawyer in Eastern Europe where he worked on major privatization and merger and acquisition projects. He also served as a Legal Expert for a few projects led by the World Bank and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. During his tenure in Europe, Gleb’s major areas of practice became business law, corporate governance, due diligence, legal compliance, and internal audits.
In Canada, Gleb worked as an Investigator and Compliance Auditor for a federal regulatory body. He also ran a family office for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families that managed corporate affairs; secretarial services, trust administration; private acquisitions and fiduciary services; family affairs; legal, tax and personal matters; due diligence; compliance; internal audits, asset management; property management; tax planning; estate planning and administration; succession planning; project management; trans-border transactions, and offshore bookkeeping.
Gleb is now running a private practice as a Managing Lawyer for a boutique law practice in Yorkville area.
In Canada, Gleb completed the Internationally Trained Lawyers Program offered by the University of Toronto and earned his LL.M. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Gleb is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and is an accredited Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Quebec.
